A premium for the first person seen during a non-elective special visit to a patient's home for a geriatric home visit, for visits that commence on any day between 07:00 and 24:00 (nights have their own code). Fee $91.80 (no max. per time period). Schedule of Benefits Special Visit Premium Table X, Geriatric Home Visit (). The time the special visit takes place must be documented in the medical record (). Bill with the appropriate A-prefix assessment from the General Listings.

For the purpose of special visit premiums under the heading 'Geriatric Home Visit Special Visit Premiums', the special visit premiums listed in Table X are only eligible for payment to: a. a specialist in Geriatrics (07); or b. a physician with an exemption to access bonus impact in Care of the Elderly from the MOH.
