Open reduction of a fracture of the tarsus, including osteochondral and/or avulsion fractures of the talus/os calcis and excluding other os calcis and talus neck/body fractures. Assistant (6 basic units) and anaesthesia (7 basic units) are listed.
For time-based services (anaesthesia, surgical assistance), the start and end times must be recorded in the patient's permanent medical record.
If claiming the trauma premium (E420), the Injury Severity Score (ISS) must be listed in the medical record.
