G154 – Cortical evoked audiometry - professional component
OHIP Appendix F Code — APPENDIX F · Schedule of Benefits
This fee is for the professional component of cortical evoked audiometry as required by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). The test must involve a minimum of 4 frequencies in each ear. The corresponding technical component is billed using G153.
A 'professional component' is a class of service listed in the Schedule headed by a column listed 'P' or with 'professional component' listed opposite the service (:).
Note: This payment represents full payment for the service. No additional charge to either OHIP or the patient for this service is permitted. This service is listed in Appendix F, which is reproduced for informational purposes and does not form part of the official Schedule of Benefits (:).

The technical component of the cortical evoked audiometry service rendered in a hospital is payable at 86.10% of the listed fee.
