When to Use
- Use G403 when performing a formal Epley or Semont maneuver to treat a confirmed diagnosis of BPPV.
- Bill G403 in addition to an office visit code (e.g., A007) when the maneuver is performed during the same encounter.

- Attempting to bill after-hours premiums (E409, E410, E412, E413) with G403 will result in rejection as it is not classified as a major invasive procedure.
