A premium for the first person seen during a non-elective special visit to the Emergency Department (not payable to Emergency Department Physicians, ), for visits that commence Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 24:00. The time the special visit takes place must be documented in the medical record (). Bill with the appropriate A-prefix assessment from the General Listings.
