When to Use
- Use Q602 to bill for the completion of a mandatory Ministry of Transportation (MTO) medical report when requested by the patient or the MTO.
- Apply this code when performing a physical examination specifically required for the issuance or renewal of a commercial driver's license.

- Billing Q602 in addition to a standard office visit (A007) for the same encounter is considered double-billing and will be rejected.
