A surgical procedure for the revision of a total hip arthroplasty, involving the replacement of one or both of the acetabular or femoral components. This procedure is eligible for surgeon (A), assistant (B), and anaesthetist (C) billing. It may be performed with an add-on procedure for a bone graft to the acetabulum (E589) or extensive acetabular reconstruction (E593).
