Add 35% (E683) when performed thorascopically, by video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS), by robotic-assisted surgery, or by uniportal approach. No assistant or anaesthesia basic units are listed for this code; for procedures on the oesophagus, the approach basic units (S074 thoracic approach: 10 assistant, 13 anaesthesia) apply except if a basic fee is listed.
