- Apply this code when the physician is specifically tasked with assessing a patient's medical fitness to drive as per the MTO requirements, distinct from a standard periodic health examination.

- Do not bill V846 in conjunction with an A007 or K030, as the MTO report fee is intended to be a standalone administrative service.
