A subsequent visit provided by an Orthopaedic Surgeon (specialty
06) to a patient in a chronic care or convalescent hospital. A subsequent visit is defined as any routine assessment following the patient's admission to a long-term care institution (see ). This fee code applies to the first four (4) subsequent visits per patient, per month. For additional visits, see W061.
