A special visit premium payable to a surgical assistant for the first patient seen during a non-elective surgical assistance service rendered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays between 07:00h and 24:00h.
The visit must be initiated by the patient or an individual on behalf of the patient for the purpose of rendering a non-elective service.
The physician must travel to the destination to see the patient.
Usage limits
Maximum 6 per time period (Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays 07:00-24:00).
C983B is only eligible for payment for the first patient seen on each special visit.
