Radical surgery for perichondritis. This procedure is performed on the external ear. This service is denoted with a '#' prefix which indicates that when performed in a hospital or Integrated Community Health Services Centre (ICHSC), the cost of premises, equipment, supplies, and personnel are included in the facility's funding and cannot be billed to the patient.
