When to Use
- Use E687 when performing laser-assisted debulking of a stricture or tumor that is less than 2 cm in conjunction with the primary procedure Z764.
- Use E687 when performing laser-assisted debulking of a stricture or tumor that is 2 cm or greater in conjunction with the primary procedure Z765.
