Payable for the reconstruction or repair of a renal artery when performed in conjunction with renal transplantation procedures. This service is an add-on to the main transplantation surgery. As per the note on page T3, claims for this service should be submitted on the recipient's claim, and the fee does not include immunosuppressive therapy, which is billed separately on a fee-for-service basis.
