This procedure involves the insertion of a primary prosthesis for the femur only, and includes Moore, Thompson, Unipolar, or Bipolar type prostheses. When to Use
- Use F101 for the insertion of a unipolar or bipolar prosthesis specifically for femoral neck, trochanteric, or subtrochanteric fractures.
