- Billing G283 without the corresponding technical component G284, or failing to use the correct suffix (C for professional, B for technical) as required by the Schedule.
- Attempting to claim after-hours procedure premiums (E409, E410) with G283, which will be rejected as it is not classified as a Major Invasive Procedure.
