The service includes the surgeon's work (<suffix>A</suffix>), as well as fees for an assistant (<suffix>B</suffix>) and anaesthetist (<suffix>C</suffix>), both of which are calculated using a base unit value of 6 plus time units. For each additional metatarsal/phalanx disarticulation performed during the same operation, use E585.
