A right and left atrial ablative procedure for the treatment of atrial arrhythmia. This can be performed as a surgical procedure or with an energy source. According to the Schedule, this procedure includes all the required elements of a left atrial ablative procedure (R709) and also includes the ablation procedure involving any endocardial and epicardial right atrial ablation lines. Examples of energy sources used may include cryoablation, microwave, or radiofrequency (unipolar or bipolar) ablation.
