Total correction of transposition of the great vessels.
• Surgeon (A): The fee is for the surgical procedure.
• Assistant (B): The amount payable is calculated by adding 18 basic units to time units.
• Anaesthesiologist (C): The amount payable is calculated by adding 28 basic units to time units.
