Urethroplasty - one stage repair, which may include skin grafting. Assistant 6 basic units and anaesthesia 6 basic units, plus time units. Staged repairs are S545 (first stage - posterior), S550 (first stage - anterior) and S558 (second stage).

Second Assistant: S535 is a service where a second assistant's services are payable and authorization from a medical consultant is not required. The amount payable for the second assistant is calculated in the same manner as the amount payable for the first assistant.
