A premium for the first person seen during a non-elective special visit to the physician's office, for visits that commence Monday to Friday between 17:00 and 24:00. Fee $61.70 (max. 1 per time period). Schedule of Benefits Special Visit Premium Table VIII, Physician Office (). The time the special visit takes place must be documented in the medical record (). Bill with the appropriate A-prefix assessment from the General Listings.

Special visit premiums are not eligible for virtual care (Appendix J)
