Evisceration is the surgical removal of the contents of the eyeball, leaving the scleral shell and extraocular muscles intact. This procedure may optionally include the insertion of a primary implant into the scleral shell to maintain orbital volume.
• Assistant fee is based on 6 base units plus time units.
• Anaesthesia fee is based on 7 base units plus time units.
