It is an extension of the service described by J332, additionally requiring the test to be conducted with at least two different levels of supplemental O₂. This service has two components: a technical component (H) and a professional component (P). Claims for the technical component (H) should be submitted using the billing code with a 'B' suffix (J334B), and for the professional component (P) using a 'C' suffix (`J334C), as per . For payment eligibility, a permanent record of the study must be maintained (). The technical component is only eligible for payment if the physician has the necessary training and experience and maintains quality assurance documentation ().
