Abdominal aorta (aneurysm and/or peripheral arterial disease) - repair or excision with graft: open abdominal aortic repair (tube graft or endarterectomy). Repair including iliac and/or femoral arteries (unilateral or bilateral) is R817. When two surgeons perform it, see R896/R897.
