S701 – Repair of infibulation - resulting from female genital mutilation

As per GP90, a second assistant's services for S701 are payable without prior authorization. However, for the first assistant, as no basic unit is listed in the 'Asst' column for S701 on V2, the service is only eligible for payment upon authorization by a medical consultant, as per GP85.
