The '#' prefix indicates that when performed in a hospital or Integrated Community Health Services Centre (ICHSC), the premises, equipment, supplies, and personnel are funded by the facility's global budget or facility costs.

X337 is not eligible for virtual care (not listed in Appendix J).

X337 rendered in a place other than an Ontario public hospital is an insured service (unlike some other X-codes which are payable at nil outside hospitals).
