Billing & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: May 27, 2026
How Our Billing Works
SnapBill operates on a commission-based model. We only charge a small percentage of your claims after they have been paid by OHIP. You never pay upfront fees, monthly minimums, or setup costs. Because you only pay after you get paid, there is nothing to refund.
3 Months Free Premium
All new users start with 3 months of free Premium, giving you full access to automated pre-checking, unlimited AI assistance, and priority support at no cost. After your free Premium period, you will continue on the Premium plan unless you switch to the Basic plan in your account settings. You can switch between plans at any time, and you can always return to Premium in the future.
Switching Plans
You can switch between the Basic plan (0.2% commission) and Premium plan (1.5% commission) at any time from your account settings. There is no penalty for switching, and changes take effect immediately. If you switch from Premium to Basic, you will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your SnapBill account at any time. Since we only charge commissions on claims that have already been paid, there are no outstanding balances or penalties upon cancellation. Upon cancellation, your billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with OHIP record-keeping requirements, and you may request a full data export at any time.
Your Satisfaction Matters
We stand behind our platform and want every physician to have a great experience. If you are ever unhappy with SnapBill for any reason, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are always happy to hear you out, work through any concerns, and make things right — including offering refunds on commissions charged if the situation warrants it.
