Bill with the appropriate A-prefix assessment from the General Listings.

Usage limits
No maximum per time period for the Night period (00:00-07:00).
Only one travel premium is eligible per trip regardless of the number of patients seen.
Not eligible for travel within the same building or hospital complex.
