A travel premium for a non-elective special visit to the physician's office, for visits that commence on a weekday between 07:00 and 17:00. Fee $37.40 (max. 1 per time period). Bill with the appropriate A-prefix assessment from the General Listings.

Usage limits
Maximum 1 per time period (07:00-17:00 Weekdays). Only one travel premium per trip regardless of number of patients seen.
Special visit premiums are not eligible for virtual care services
Not eligible with H-prefix emergency department codes
Not eligible for hospital rounds or elective admissions
