A flat fee special visit premium payable to an anaesthesiologist who is required to travel to a hospital to administer an anaesthetic for a non-elective case that commences at night (00:00h to 07:00h). This premium is for the first patient seen on each special visit. It is payable in addition to the anaesthetic fee and after-hours premiums such as E401C.
