This premium provides a 50% increase to the total anaesthetic fee when the anaesthesia service for a case commences in the evenings (17:00h – 24:00h) Monday to Friday, or during daytime and evenings on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. The total anaesthetic fee is calculated by adding the number of basic and time units for the surgical procedure and multiplying that total by the anaesthesiologist unit fee, as detailed in the General Preamble (, ).
