A premium payable to surgical assistants and anaesthesiologists for cases that commence during the night period (00:00h to 07:00h). The premium increases the total fee (basic units plus time units) by 75%.

The surgical or anaesthetic case must commence between 00:00h and 07:00h.

For replacement services (E005B/C), start and stop times must be documented in the patient's permanent medical record.
