Transposition of an extraocular muscle to treat paretic or lost, damaged eye muscle. This is a strabismus repair procedure listed under Ocular and Aural Surgical Procedures. Payment is limited to a maximum of 4 of any combination of strabismus procedures (E182, E183, E184, E185) per patient per day. An add-on premium (E877) is payable for a repeat procedure.
