For the anaesthesiologist, when a pump (with or without an oxygenator and with or without Hypothermia) is used in conjunction with an anaesthetic for cardiovascular procedures, submit claim using E650C with 28 basic units plus time units, instead of the basic units for the cardiovascular procedure.
