- Billing G014 on the same day as a counselling code (e.g., K013, K033) will result in an automatic rejection as these are mutually exclusive.
- Attempting to claim G014 for patients already covered under the W010 monthly management fee will lead to a rejection, as the test is considered included in the monthly comprehensive care fee.
- Submitting G014 alongside a consultation code is prohibited under the GP58 billing rules.
