An abdominal surgical procedure to repair a vaginal vault prolapse by performing a vaginal sacropexy. This procedure is indicated for post-hysterectomy vault prolapse. This service is denoted by the '#' prefix, indicating that when performed in a hospital, the facility costs are funded by the hospital's global budget. A separate code, S813, exists for a repeat of this procedure.
