Catheterization is only eligible for payment for acute retention, change of Foley catheter or suprapubic tube or instillation of medication, and only when rendered personally by the physician. Z611 is not eligible for payment in conjunction with any surgical procedure, and is not eligible for payment in addition to Z610.
