A travel premium for a non-elective special visit to a patient's home (other than a long-term care institution), for visits that commence on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday between 07:00 and 24:00. Fee $37.40 (max. 6 per time period). Schedule of Benefits Special Visit Premium Table VI, Patient's Home (not long-term care) (). The time the special visit takes place must be documented in the medical record (). B960 and B990 maximums per physician per day count non-elective and elective visits together. Not payable with A007 or A001 rendered in the home. Bill with the appropriate A-prefix assessment from the General Listings.
