Per the note on , prostatectomy (S650, S651) does not include investigative cystoscopy but includes vasectomy when rendered. S651 includes S519 (plastic repair of bladder neck) and/or S636 (vesiculectomy) when rendered. When performed laparoscopically, E792 adds 25%.
