Application of a full leg, non-weight-bearing cast. As per and , this procedure may be delegated to a physician's employee if specific conditions are met. These conditions include the procedure being generally accepted for delegation and the supervising physician being present in the clinic. An exception to the physician presence rule exists if the non-physician is properly trained, the service is for the physician's own patient, and the service is appropriately documented in the medical record.

- Use Z207 when managing pediatric hip dysplasia or post-operative stabilization where a full leg, non-weight-bearing cast is the primary surgical intervention.
