Continuous venovenous haemofiltration - initial and acute (for the first 3 services). This service is a form of continuous renal replacement therapy used in critically ill patients with acute kidney injury.
Note: As per the Schedule on page , haemodialysis is defined to include haemofiltration and haemoperfusion.
