This is an add-on service for the insertion of each additional endobiliary prosthesis and/or pancreatic stent during an Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). The service is limited to a maximum of 3 additional stents per patient, per procedure. The first stent insertion is claimed using E680.

Unless otherwise specified, there is no additional fee payable for cholangiogram during abdominal surgery.

E662, E666, E668, E702, E680, E681, E669, and E816 are payable with Z561, Z558 or Z760.
